OUR POWDERCOATING OVENS
Continuous Oven: Our large continuous oven processes many metres of aluminium extrusion every day.
Batch Oven: This oven is used for large or irregular shaped items such as gates, flashings, sheets of aluminium and anything else which needs powder coating. Both steel and aluminium can be catered for in this oven and our team are trained to use the best process for the product.
Small Oven: If you have brackets, rivets or any other small item we can put this through the small oven. Aluminium items will be pre-treated first and then coated, baked and packaged.
As we are registered applicators with Dulux and Akzo Nobel we can access powders from all three suppliers. If you are unsure of the colour you require or wish to match the powder coating to another colour, we have a large range of samples for you to choose from. You can take the samples away if you wish. Just call into our office and our staff can give you advice.
